The California Rapids are exited to announce the 10U Ayala team for all those youngsters looking to take a step up into the travel world of fastpitch. The Rapids will also have a young 12U led by Manager Nikki Gracey based out of del Campo High School and a 12U in Elk Grove coached by Ray Stone.
The Rapids 14U also based out of Del Campo H.S coached by Sharon Props will begin Try-Outs in the next two weeks and the 16U coached by Kevin Warren based out of St. Francis H.S will begin Try-Outs after Western National. Kevin will be playing in 18U tournaments and showcase for Fall to play at the highest level.
The Rapids 18U coached by Golden will begin Fall Try-Outs in the next two weeks also looking to add a few players to a strong core group looking to compete and gain strength in Fall. We are very excited about all our teams with the experience in coaching and athleticism these teams bring. We have represented our teams with what this sport needs more of, hard work, discipline and love of game! We have created opportunities for players to be seen at the colligiate level with several going off to college this year.
